The major functions of the IBERA are national and International policy oriented Industrial and Academic Research, IBREA provides a forum for informed discussion ad dialogue on national and International issues The Institute highlights the role of think-tanks in modern economic policy. Contract Research for clients, post-graduate or professional studies teaching and providing advisory services to the government. The Institute undertakes research on issues in applied economics, Financial Market and International Politics.

The Focus Institute of IT and Management Sciences is a part of Inspiring Time Leaders PVT Ltd. This is our pleasure to introduce Focus Institute of Information Technology (TFIIM), which was established in 2018 in Karachi, Pakistan. Since its inception, the TFIIM has launched various IT-related courses, vocational training and job oriented programs for students and professionals. All the training programs and diploma courses are registered with concerned authorities/boards and acceptable in public and private sectors.

ILIPS (Institute of Professional Studies) is a dynamic vocational training center dedicated to fostering professional development. Launched in 2022 as a smart project of ITL, ILIPS focuses on providing short, skills-based courses tailored for the development of youth.
